March is AZ Archaeology Heritage Awareness Month

Explore some of Oro Valley’s historic and archaeological sites this month.  There’s Romero Ruins in Catalina State Park, Steam Pump Ranch and Honey Bee Village Archaeological Preserve and Entry Park.  Oro Valley Country Club Estates is a mecca of Mid-Century modern architecture and helped put Oro Valley on the map.  Don’t stop there as Tucson has many other offerings; San Xavier Mission, Tohono Chul, the Arizona State Museum, Mission Garden, Presidio San Agustin and the Arizona History Museum.  Have fun discovering Arizona’s rich history!
