Fall brings the Oro Valley Historical Society Back to the Ranch!
The Oro Valley Historical Society will be 20 years old in 2025, and we start our 2024/2025 season with a monumental exhibit in the Pusch House Museum at the historic Steam Pump Ranch on Oracle Road.
Information about the Catalina Mountains will be on display at the Museum each Saturday from 9 a.m. – noon beginning on September 7, through October 12. This exhibit will give you insight into the history of the mountains along with the geology, the early settlers, and how Oro Valley was able turn this incredible area into a magnificent State Park.
In addition, the Oro Valley Historical Society will host a presentation by Park Ranger, Mr. Pat Damiani, “The Catalina Mountains – Past, Present, and Future” at the Oro Valley Public Library on Tuesday, September 10 at 2 p.m.
Two great opportunities for you to learn more about the mountains that grace our views every day!
