Good News and Gratitude!
The Oro Valley Historical Society recently received a grant from the Oro Valley Chamber Foundation, and we are most grateful.
The grant will be used to research, design, and have manufactured permanent signage for buildings at the historic Steam Pump Ranch. For those people who have visited the Ranch when volunteers are not at the Pusch House Museum, visitors will now have the opportunity to learn about the buildings – why they were built, who lived and worked there and when, and some of the stories that live within those buildings.
We have a committee in place to begin the project, which we plan on completing in time to celebrate our 20-year anniversary, ready for visitors to the Steam Pump Ranch in September 2025.
