We are thrilled to announce that our new program year is around the corner! We have been busy during the summer planning for an exciting year of exhibits and surprises!
The Town of Oro Valley is completing work on the installation of fire suppression and security systems that will keep the Pusch House safe and in compliance with requirements to allow Oro Valley Historical Society (OVHS) to borrow artifacts from other history museums.
Our kick-off will be on Saturday, September 10 from 9:00 a.m. to noon! The Pusch House Museum exhibit will feature a new addition to the OVHS collection – A Place In Time. These timeline panels give a synopsis of the Greater Oro Valley area and Steam Pump Ranch history. You have got to see it to believe it! The panels will remain on display as part of the Oro Valley Historical Society’s permanent collection at the Pusch House.
If you love local history, this is a must! Refreshments will be served on the porch. Suggested donation is $5.
While you are at the museum, we hope you will consider becoming an Oro Valley Historical Society member/volunteer and help us “Keep Oro Valley History Alive”!
